My trip up north.

First of all, I would like to thank the following people for making me the person I am today.
-My amazing friends Sarah, Nadia, Paige and Freddie- for giving me a GREAT going away party. (shout outs to Josh, Salone and EP for showing face)
-Kate for the BEST collection of mix tapes to cover the entire 12.5 hrs. (Jackson 5 rocked my world! Also, did you know that on by the 115th time in a row of hearing/ singing it....even I can sound pretty good singing "nothing compares to you")
-My Kettle Chip hungry assholes at Wine Bar for almost making me cry. (Who picks up a gift bag at a bar and eats stuff from it?? Even if the gift bag happened to be a HT plastic bag. I mean REALLY!)
-The Lorenzi's for putting me up in Central Jersey and showing me around New Brunswick. Special thanks to John for turning me on to Sam Adams Cherry Wheat. Yum!
-Mom for putting up with The Hard Hat. meow.... (he stayed in Cary to live in the lap of luxury and get fat.)

I don't recommend making movies while going 80mph on I40, p.s.

SO.
Now I am pleasantly settled in Attleboro, Massachusetts. My first day was......

SNOWY!!!! 13 inches. I had to be at work at 7 am and a friendly neighbor pushed my car out of the parking lot for me. I made it to work alive, barely. YIKES!!
Does anyone see my car parked in the yard? (insert Matt Damon in "Good Will Hunting," style accent)

My rotation here is great ... www.marathonphysicaltherapy.com
and my roommate Laura and I get along very well. Check out her website for the World Dance and Music Center, where I teach Pilates and take bellydancing lessons.

My 1st class...

We are going to Southie (South Bahston, ya'll) this weekend for the St. Patty's Parade. I heard it is wicked mad. I will update next week, if I survive!!

Ariel Dance

IS AMAZING......
Although some things should be considered before signing up.
1. Can you afford to keep up this new addiction? (Classes aint cheap)
2. Are you comfortable with the possibility of a brain injury?
3. Do you like thongs made of thick silk fabric?
4. Are you willing to get stuck in the group with the smelly hippie that just can't catch on?

If the answer to these questions is yes...then you should definitely check out this amazing form of exercise/ dance.

I took classes at Triangle Yoga in Chapel Hill and the instructor was great.

hmmm..... blogging

Well. I have succumb to the "blog." I think you are supposed to have an interesting life to update friends and family about, but I am just procrastinating from studying neuromuscular interventions for spinal cord injury patients. I will update as interesting things happen. So stay tuned!
